• Testing and validation of end to end OSS platform. Hands on work with Configuration management (CM), Performance management (PM) and Fault management (FM). (Must have experience)

• Perform 5G NR Wireless network optimization, analyze drive tests, KPIs and provide recommendations for improvement of network performance. (Must have experience)

• Assist in carrying out data collection and provide post-processing analysis.

• Responsible for deployment of 5G NR network.

• Assist in integration of various tools with end to end OSS platform

•  Establish client’s ViGIL Lab capabilities
• Develop and/or maintain Lab procedures for Vehicle-Grid charging products per applicable national and international standards
• Work w/ other team members in the specification and planning of test equipment purchases
• Integrate new test equipment into existing maintenance and calibration process
• Lead the development of test fixtures/jigs for charging products testing
• Define, plan, coordinate and execute applicable compliance tests
• Prepare, setup, and perform tests as defined in a compliance Test Plan
• Write test reports and maintain all compliance related technical documents
• Monitor relevant standards defining charging systems
• Obtain and/or maintain lab accreditations
  

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Electrical Engineering or other relevant/equivalent technical training/minimum degree
• Hands on experience with testing and evaluating electrical equipment to national and international standards
•  Hands-one experience with Keysight EV Simulators, Power sources and Grid Emulators, related Software test suites such as EVSE Test Bundles, TTCN framework etc. is a plus
• Proficiency in defining tests, setting up, and working with basic laboratory tools (multimeters, oscilloscopes, network analyzers, signal generators etc.) on high power AC and DC equipment.
• Previous experience working, and interfacing with certification bodies and/or programs such as OCA, CharIN
• Experience with ISO 15118 and IEC IEC 61851-x standards

Required Education & Experience: 
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics / Electronics and Communication / Industrial / Mechanical Engineering or similar

Desired Experience: 
Greater than 2 years of professional experience in Electrical Vehicle Charging field.
Greater than 5 years of professional engineering or technical-related experience is preferred.

Physical Demands:
Ability to move and conduct work with full range of motion.
Ability to move equipment up to 130 lbs
Extended periods of computer-based work
Extended periods of standing

Required Travel:
Domestic travel required, estimated up to 50%.

• Bachelor’s or higher Degree in Electrical Engineering or Telecommunications or related field 
• Proficient in wireless networking knowledge (OSI Model, TCP/ IP, etc.) 
• Knowledge of wireless industry specifications such as 802.11 Wi-Fi standards, 3GPP standards and related Call flows/ message exchanges, L2 and L3 network operation 
• Experience with preparation of test reports in pdf or excel formats 
• Experience with using traffic generation tools like iPerf and logging tool such as Wireshark 
• Familiar with RF concepts and RF test equipment 
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation skills 
• Must work well as a team, across multiple cultures and potential clients to assess and make solution recommendations 
• Network+, Security+, CCNA and CCNP Certifications 
• Ability to handle and navigate through hardware and software of Devices such as Laptops, Cables, Mobile hotspots, etc 
• Valid driver’s license and ability to navigate independently thru drive routes (using Maps), to collect test logs on the laptop 
• Ability to navigate through walk route maps to collect logs on laptops and test phones 
• Ability to execute projects during weekends and during shifts outside of business hours, per project needs 
• Domestic and/or overseas travel estimated at 10-30% of the time for Field testing or project execution at client location
